2601elliott is located on a major arterial (Elliott Avenue) and has close access to Interstates 5 and 90, Highway 99, and other major and minor arterials.

Bicycle Storage
Bicycles can be secured to the bicycle racks located along Elliott Avenue. Property Management and Diamond Parking are not responsible for the security of your bicycle. Please remember to lock your bicycle and take all valuables with you. Bicycles should not be left for extended periods of time, but if you need to leave your bicycle overnight due to business travel, please let Property Management know. Bicycles are not permitted inside the building or elevators.

Building Services
Outgoing mail is picked up from the United States Postal Service (USPS) drop box located in front of the building at the intersection of Cedar Street and Elliott Avenue. The last pick-up is 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Wright Runstad & Company promotes recycling in all our managed buildings. A building-wide recycling program has been implemented for paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, and aluminum products used on the premises, as well as for composting of food waste.
